We carefully inspect all reels prior to shipment; however, should you detect any defect in either material or workmanship Simply return any damaged reel with the cost to cover their shipping & handling, and we will repair or replace it by return.

The R&F Warranty Every new reel is covered by our 5 year original owner warranty.
This warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the reel, and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss, intentional breakage, modification or customization of the finished reel.
R&F reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace Product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts.
The original owner warranty have an original owner guarantee against any defect in materials or workmanship. Any of these series of rods that fail due to misuse, negligence or normal wear-and-tear will be repaired or replaced at a reasonable cost.
For all return shipments within the Australia the original owner will be responsible for a $35 fee for each repaired item to cover return shipping, insurance and processing. International customers will be charged actual shipping and insurance costs, and will be responsible for all related customs and duty charges.
Send the Product directly to us, please send the entire Product, freight pre-paid, and insured for its full value. Be sure to include all broken parts or pieces. Package the Product either in its original packaging, or in packaging affording an equal degree of protection as the original packaging.
Include a note with your name, shipping address, phone # and e-mail address (if available), as well as a brief explanation of the nature of the problem.
Warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, misuse, irregular maintenance, intentional or accidental breakage, loss or theft, customised or modified reel, incidental or consequential damage. Replacement sections required from above breakages for original owner incur the A35 fee, payable by Visa or Master Card
